EVENT - GPS ATHLETICS CARNIVAL - 16/5/09 (Updates thread)
The GPS carnival is approaching us. The official carnival will be on Saturday the 16th of May. There will be no Saturday sport asides that or none besides athletics before then. I will post updates as they come through.
This is one of four events where it is compulsary to turn up. If you can't come you should write a letter to the head of the senior school ASAP. I presume it will be out at Homebush as always. Buses will take you out in the morning and bring you back in the afternoon.
This thread is for updates on information about the day as it comes through. I locked this because it isn't a discussion thread. Start another thread if you want to talk about it.

Our bus will be just a little bit ahead of Aspinall house and before the main gates. Bruce's overflow bus, which is also Brandt's overflow bus will depart from around about the same place.

OK I have heard that the teachers supervising the buses have been told this:
"Once your bus arrives could you please stick your house name tag on the side window of the bus for all boys to see. If you can.t fit everyone on your house bus, note there are four additional buses that can take the overflow. Housemasters will need to make sure they do a roll call before departing Scots and once they arrive at the venue. A final roll should be taken before departing on the bus from Homebush. Thanks for your assistance on the day".
